Franke Hyland is based in Sydney’s North Ryde and we provide high quality IP services, focussing on patents, trade marks and designs, in Australia and New Zealand. Peter and Adam are former principals of a major Australian firm.

- Freedom to operate, infringement and validity advice on trade marks, patent and designs;
- Trade mark, design and patent searching with related advice;
- Conducting oppositions, re-examinations and removal actions before the Australian and New Zealand IP offices; and
- Assisting and supporting patent litigation.
